梅納拉酒店 (Hotel Menara)

Das Zimmer war mit Blick auf Pool. Leider ging kein Telefon und auch die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Die Rezeption fühlte sich nicht zuständig. Die hoteleigene Animation war schlecht, dafür aber sehr laut. Wir waren nur 5 Nächte dort, aber würden das Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Dagegen waren die Zimmermädchen toll. Die Zimmer könnten renoviert werden. Lichtschalter viel von der Wand. Fischhalterung war defekt. Wer abends es etwas ruhiger möchte, dann nicht in dieses Hotel. Musik viel zu laut.

Personnellement j’ai été très déçu de l’hôtel, la nourriture est vraiment médiocre c’est IMMANGEABLE, j’ai mieux manger dans certaines cantines, la piscine est moyennement grande, il y a très régulièrement des animations dans l’eau, des jeux où les gens se bousculent avec un ballon qui se jette de droite à gauche et qui peut atterrir sur la tête de quelqu’un qui n’as rien demandée, aucune sécurité mise en place, jusqu’à tard le soir il y a du bruit et de la musique donc il ne faut pas être pressée de dormir. Les agents de sécurité sont très impolis et pas accueillant. Personnellement je ne recommande pas cette hôtel sauf si vous aimez le concept de survie, faites également attention aux détails, vous devez quittez l’hôtel à 12h et non pas à 13h30 comme inscrit sur Trip, certaines options ne sont pas disponibles sur place même s’ils sont indiquées sur Trip. Vraiment médiocre !

Quel bonheur ! L'Hôtel Menara est une perle rare. L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres sont impeccables, la nourriture est délicieuse et variée, et la piscine est tout simplement magnifique. C'est l'endroit parfait pour se détendre et s'amuser. Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites et nous reviendrons, c'est une certitude !

**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.

Malheureusement les hôtels à Hammamet sont tous figés dans le temps besoin de rafraîchissement de A à Z ,aussi la cuisine toujours la même chose.. Reste l’hospitalité des tunisiens qui sauve le tout..

Plutôt satisfaisant dans l'ensemble la restauration est à améliorer
